Hi, I’m Anya.
I’m a strategic product and marketing consultant and trained coach with 10 years of experience across product management, marketing, and customer success in B2B SaaS, GreenTech, robotics and remote sensing start-ups. Today, I work with start-ups tackling a variety of important problems, from climate change to economic inequality to government inefficiency.
Before I began consulting, I was the first marketing hire and then led product for analysis tools at DroneDeploy, helping it grow from Series A to Series D, and from pre-revenue into the leading drone software platform trusted by some of the leading agriculture, construction and energy companies. Before that, I worked as a marketing consultant at LinkedIn and Bizo (acquired by LinkedIn), leading in-person marketing strategy sessions with over 70 client marketing teams.
I’m passionate about building exceptional brands and products by deeply understanding customer needs, developing cultures and agile processes that bring out the best in people, and telling stories that inspire internal teams and customers alike.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m connecting with my community through conversation, writing, and gatherings that explore how we can bring out the best in ourselves and others with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
